These S’more Pops are a fun and adorable twist on the classic campfire treat, perfect for kids’ snacks, playdates, and summer entertaining. Featuring marshmallows dipped in melted chocolate and coated in graham cracker crumbs, they’re easy to make and require no baking, just chilling. The pops are finished with cute printable tags to make them extra special.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • Marshmallows (large, enough for desired number of pops)
  • Chocolate chips (1 cup, semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
  • Graham Crackers (2-3 crackers, gluten free if needed)
  • Treat sticks (lollipop sticks or similar, one per marshmallow)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Tags: Print the S’more Pops tags on white paper. Cut out the number of circle tags needed and punch a hole through the top center and bottom center of each tag for easy attachment to the sticks.
  2. Line Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside for placing the assembled pops.
  3. Insert Sticks: Place a treat stick into each marshmallow. If sticks are too long, bend and break off excess length; insert the broken side into the marshmallow leaving the clean side protruding for handling.
  4. Make Graham Cracker Crumbs: Break 2-3 graham crackers into pieces and pulse in a food processor until fine crumbs without large chunks remain. Pour the crumbs onto a plate or shallow dish for coating.
  5. Melt Chocolate: Melt chocolate chips in a shallow microwave-safe dish by microwaving 1 minute, stirring, then continuing at 20-second intervals with stirring until smooth and fully melted.
  6. Dip Marshmallows: Dip each marshmallow (on a stick) into the melted chocolate, coating the lower half and leaving the top uncoated. Use a spoon to wipe off any excess chocolate from the bottom.
  7. Coat with Crumbs: Immediately dip the chocolate-coated side of the marshmallow into the graham cracker crumbs, turning to coat all sides evenly.
  8. Chill to Set: Place the coated pops onto the prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Once all pops are coated, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
  9. Add Tags and Serve: Slide the printed s’more pop tags onto each stick through the holes punched earlier. Serve chilled as a sweet and fun snack.

Notes

  • For gluten-free options, use gluten-free graham crackers.
  • Allow chocolate to cool slightly if too hot before dipping to avoid melting the marshmallows.
  • Store leftover s’more pops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Customize tags to suit different occasions or themes.
  • Use milk, dark, or white chocolate chips depending on flavor preference.
