A quick and flavorful Blackstone Ramen recipe that combines classic instant ramen noodles with a savory and slightly spicy garlic butter sauce, scrambled eggs, and a touch of sweetness from brown sugar. Perfect for a speedy and satisfying meal cooked on a flat top grill or skillet.

Ingredients

Ramen Noodles

  • 1 pkg Instant Ramen Noodle

Sauce & Seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

Egg

  • 1 Egg, slightly beaten

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, discarding the seasoning packet. Drain the noodles and set aside.
  2. Preheat the grill: Preheat your Blackstone Grill or flat top skillet over medium-high heat to about 400°F.
  3. Prepare the sauce: Melt the butter on the grill. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for 1 minute until the garlic becomes aromatic. Then stir in the brown sugar and soy sauce to create a flavorful sauce.
  4. Toss the noodles: Add the cooked noodles to the grill and toss thoroughly to coat them with the garlic-butter sauce. Push the noodles to one side of the grill.
  5. Cook the egg: Turn the heat up to high (around 450°F). Pour the beaten egg onto the other side of the grill and scramble it until fully set.
  6. Combine and serve: Toss the scrambled egg into the noodles, mixing well. Remove from heat and serve warm, optionally topped with everything bagel seasoning.

Notes

  • Adjust the red pepper flakes to reduce spiciness if desired.
