Delicious and easy-to-make Texas Roadhouse Salmon recipe. This dish features perfectly cooked salmon fillets glazed with a sweet and savory mixture, resulting in a flavorful and moist fish entree.

Ingredients

Salmon:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat dry salmon fillets.
  2. Make glaze: In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Coat salmon: Place salmon on the baking sheet, brush with half of the glaze, bake for 8 minutes, then brush with remaining glaze.
  4. Bake: Bake for 8-10 more minutes until salmon flakes easily and reaches 145°F internally.
  5. Rest and serve: Let salmon rest for 2 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Choose salmon fillets of equal thickness for even cooking
  • Don’t skip the second glaze application for shine
  • Ensure internal temperature reaches 145°F for safety
  • Let salmon rest briefly to retain juices
  • Optional: Broil for 1-2 minutes for extra caramelization
