S’mores Lasagna is a no-bake, layered dessert that brings together the nostalgic flavors of traditional s’mores—graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows—into a rich, gooey treat perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 2 cups marshmallows or 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter to form a crust. Press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Melt chocolate chips until smooth and spread over the graham cracker crust.
  3. Add a layer of marshmallows or marshmallow fluff on top of the chocolate. Optionally toast marshmallows for flavor.
  4. Repeat layers of graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallow until all ingredients are used.
  5. Optionally, mix cream cheese with whipped cream and spread as a creamy layer within or on top.
  6. Chill the dessert in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.

  • Toasting marshmallows adds an authentic s’mores flavor.
  • Use gluten-free graham crackers for a gluten-free version.
  • Chilling time helps the layers set for cleaner slices.
