Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pound chicken breasts slightly to even thickness.
  3. Mix grated Parmesan, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown, 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
