Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust:

  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted

Lemon Filling:

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) box instant lemon pudding

Blueberry Layer:

  • 21 oz. can blueberry pie filling

Topping:

  • 16 oz. tub frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Graham Cracker Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 13 x 9 dish. Let crust set in the refrigerator.
  2. Lemon Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add lemon juice and milk, then mix in the lemon pudding. Spread this mixture over the crust.
  3. Blueberry Layer: Spoon the blueberry pie filling on top of the lemon layer, spreading gently to cover evenly.
  4. Topping: Spread the thawed whipped topping over the blueberry layer. Optionally, sprinkle reserved graham cracker crumbs on top.
  5. Allow the dessert to set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Keep chilled and enjoy!
