These Healthy Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are a delightful treat that combines the sweetness of strawberries and honey with the creaminess of greek yogurt, all coated in rich dark chocolate. A perfect dessert for any occasion!

Ingredients

Yogurt Mixture:

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Coating:

  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare Yogurt Mixture: Combine chopped strawberries, greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  2. Form Clusters: Scoop 2 tbsp of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to create 10 clusters. Freeze for 1-2 hours.
  3. Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Coat Clusters: Dip frozen yogurt clusters into melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Place back on the baking sheet.
  5. Set: Sprinkle sea salt if desired and return clusters to the freezer to allow the chocolate to harden. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For best results, ensure strawberries are well-drained to prevent excess moisture in the clusters.
  • Experiment with different fruits or toppings to customize these clusters to your liking.
