Ingredients

  • 2 pounds carrots, diagonally cut into 23 inch pieces
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F: Grease a baking sheet and cut the carrots.
  2. Cook garlic in melted butter: Cook garlic in melted butter for 3 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from heat and stir in honey.
