Ingredients

  • Chocolate cookie crumbs – 2 cups
  • Melted butter – 6 tbsp
  • Cream cheese (softened) – 8 oz
  • Creamy peanut butter – 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar – 1 cup
  • Whipped topping (or whipped cream) – 1 ½ cups
  • Reese’s peanut butter cups (chopped) – 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into a large pie dish to form the crust. Chill in fridge.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese and creamy peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until well combined and fluffy.
  4. Gently fold in whipped topping to keep filling light and airy.
  5. Fold in chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups, saving some for garnish.
  6. Pour filling into chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Garnish with reserved Reese’s pieces and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
