Frozen Yogurt Bark is a refreshing, healthy, and customizable treat made with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and optional toppings like granola, chia seeds, and chocolate chips. It’s a fun, guilt-free way to satisfy sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • A few dark chocolate chips or nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and well-combined.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, creating a thin, even layer.
  4. Sprinkle the mixed berries, granola, chia seeds, and any other toppings (like chocolate chips or nuts) evenly over the yogurt.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for about 3-4 hours or until the bark is completely frozen and firm.
  6. Once frozen, break the yogurt into pieces by gently lifting it off the parchment paper.
  7. Store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • This recipe can be made ahead and stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut or almond yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
  • Customize toppings according to your preference, such as adding bananas, kiwi, or pomegranate seeds.
  • If you want extra sweetness, drizzle melted dark chocolate on top before freezing.
