  • 4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar (optional)

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/4 Cups / 300ml Milk
  • 1/4 Cup / 60g Melted Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Dry Ingredients – In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Set aside.
  2. Wet Ingredients – In a separate bowl, mix egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Combining the Ingredients – Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture. Gently fold together until just combined.
  4. Cooking the Pancakes – Heat a skillet, pour batter, cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
