Ingredients

For the Earl Grey Raspberry Iced Tea:

  • 4 cups Water
  • 4 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 1 cup Fresh raspberries, more for garnish
  • 1/4 cup Honey (adjust to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Steep the Earl Grey tea: In boiled water, steep the Earl Grey tea bags for about 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags.
  2. Prepare the raspberry mixture: While the tea is warm, add fresh raspberries and honey. Gently mash the raspberries to release their juice. Allow the mixture to cool.
  3. Add lemon juice: Stir in fresh lemon juice.
