Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned and fully cooked. Remove excess fat if needed.
Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until garlic is fragrant, about 1-2 minutes, without burning.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, letting it melt and thicken the sauce.
Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing to coat the pasta evenly with the creamy sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra veggies, add sautéed mushrooms or spinach.
Swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken for a lighter protein.
Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
Sprinkle mozzarella on top for extra cheesiness.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days.
Reheat gently with a splash of milk or cream to keep sauce creamy.
