Air Fryer Cheeseburger Wraps are a quick and delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers, wrapped in tortillas and cooked to crispy perfection, perfect for a fast and flavorful meal or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • Ketchup, to taste
  • Mustard, to taste
  • Pickles, sliced
  • Optional: diced onions, lettuce, tomato slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. Divide the seasoned beef into portions and form small patties that fit inside the tortillas.
  4. Place each patty in a tortilla, top with shredded cheddar cheese, pickles, and any other preferred toppings like diced onions or tomato slices. Add ketchup and mustard to taste.
  5. Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling, folding in the sides to prevent leakage.
  6. Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the tortillas are golden and crispy and the beef is fully cooked.
  7. Carefully remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute before serving.

Notes

  • Use different cheeses such as pepper jack or Swiss for flavor variations.
  • Add sautéed mushrooms for extra richness.
  • Swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
  • Whole wheat or low-carb tortillas can be used for a healthier twist.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3-5 minutes to keep crispiness.
  • Assemble wraps ahead of time and refrigerate before cooking if needed.
